Thank you for choosing us as your mode of Accommodation through these tough times of Movement Restriction Order (MCO). With respect to the MCO, we would be conducting several procedure and verification before allowing customers to check in. 

Potential customers allowed to check in would be those from the “Essential Services” as per listed by the MITI. We would need potential customers to submit to us the following: 

All check in guest required to provide : 
1. MyBha Health Declaration Form (Hotel)
2. MyBha Check In Declaration Form (Hotel)
3. A copy of NRIC / Passport
4. A copy of “Essential Service” Letter 
5. Temperature Recording at Hotel (Below 37.3 °C)

Failing to comply with the above requirement would subject to customer not being allowed to check in and hotel will proceed to inform online engine on the full refund cancellation. 

Do take note that we do not cater for the service of customer who wants to conduct self quarantine as this service would require special set up and we do not have the relevant preparation.
